芬兰维美德集团（Valmet）开发了基于流化床热解装置的热解技术，针对三种工艺：
–生物质快速热解工艺， 将生物质转化为化学品（产品LGO)
–生物质催化热解工艺， 将生物质转化为交通燃料
–塑料快速热解工艺， 进行塑料的化学回收(产品石脑油）
示范方案如下：

•原料储存和上料

Valmet Group has developed pyrolysis technology based on fluidized bed pyrolysis devices, targeting three processes:
- Biomass rapid pyrolysis process, converting biomass into chemicals (product LGO)
- The biomass catalytic pyrolysis process converts biomass into Green transportation fuel
- Plastic rapid pyrolysis process for chemical recycling of plastics (product naphtha)
The demonstration plan is as follows:
Feeding capacity: 100,000 tons per year
• Required area: 75 x 60 square meters
Target product: Plastic pyrolysis oil
Naphtha has the largest share
Independent or integrated solutions

Raw material storage and feeding
